10. Price and Payment

All the prices displayed are VAT inclusive (only if necessary - see below at 

current rates and are accurate at the time the information is entered into the system. 

However, we reserve the right to adjust rates at any time without you being informed. If your shipping address is located within the United Kingdom, you will not be paid extra taxes. Please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and 

inspection by customs authorities when transporting goods from outside the UK. 

You are considered to be the importer of the goods with regard to all goods 

dispatched to you at an address outside the United Kingdom and must thus comply with all the laws and regulations of the country to which the goods are sent.

 

Before the dispatch of your goods or the provision of the service to you, payment will be debited and cleared from your account. 

A preauth value of £ 0.01 will be kept on the card of payment is to be made with a credit card before the card issuer validates the payment. 
We are not obliged to sell the products to you at the price shown in the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is 

incorrect, and we discover this before accepting your order in compliance with clause 9. We always try to ensure that the 

prices of products displayed on our website are correct, but genuine errors can occur occasionally. 

We will let you know as soon as possible if we notice a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order at the correct price. You can get a full refund if you cancel your order and you have already paid

for the products.

Both credit/debit cardholders are subject to the card issuer's validation checks and 

authorisation. If for whatever reason, the issuer of your payment card declines or does not allow us to pay, we will not be liable to you for 

any delay or non-delivery. 

If for some reason, your credit or debit card payment is not successfully processed, 

we reserve the right to attempt to process the payment again within 48 hours. 

In the event that the payment is still unsuccessful, by sending an email to the email 

address you have given us we will inform you at least 48 hours in advance of any further 

attempt to process the payment. You must cancel your order in advance if you 

do not want us to re-attempt to process the payment. With each order, you can

only use one discount code. We reserve the right, if you add more than one 

discount code to the basket, to reject or cancel any orders.

 

We allow you to strictly use discount codes on the terms and conditions on which they were given, which may include terms relating to 

your ability to use them and a maximum order value, among other items. Before making an order, please familiarize yourself with these terms 

and conditions, as we reserve the right to deny or cancel any orders that do not comply with these terms, even though your credit or debit card has been charged. 

The terms and conditions of the discount code shall prevail if there is any discrepancy 

between the terms and conditions under which the discount codes have been given and these terms and conditions.

All products are individually dated to ensure the products are consumed when they are at the best.

Nut content

Please note that some products may have nut content. Ensure to check all ingredients prior to using. Customers are liable for any reactions caused as they will need to check ingredients prior to using/purchasing/ordering.

Returns

In order to ensure our customers receive the best level of service and are happy to indulge their sweet tooth we offer a comprehensive returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with sweets delivered. Please note that the following returns procedure must be followed, and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received, goods being stored in climatic conditions such as extremes of temperature that can affect some items - items often stick together or alter appearance slightly, but are the same and damage by third parties. In addition please be aware that during the hot summer months goods in transport can be effected by the heat so be aware that delicate items such as our Turmeric Glow Facial Cleansing Bar may not always look as solid, but they will of course function as good as ever.

Should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order of any part that is unsatisfactory. In order to arrange a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return.

We will then reply with a unique returns authorisation number and the address you need to send the item to.

You'll need to package the item securely and include:

Your order number
The returns authorisation number
Whether a replacement or refund is needed
The reason why you are returning the item

Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

Once received items will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged where suitable. We cannot issue refunds on simply unwanted goods due to the perishable nature of goods on sale. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched.

 

19. Reviews

If you submit a review, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, alter, adapt, print, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such material in any media worldwide, free of royalties, permanent, irrevocable, and completely sub-licensable.

You grant sevsnaturalskincare.co.uk and its sub-licensees, if they wish, the right to use the name you send in relation to such content.

You consent to waive your right to be known as the source of such content and your right to object to such content being viewed in a negative manner.

 

20. Disclaimer

Since all items are hand-made we can't guarantee the appearance, colour and weight. Ensure to carry out a patch test before using the product to avoid any skin irritations. (Read all ingredients to identify any allergies).
