How long does it take for orders to be dispatched? 

We aim to dispatch within 3-4 business working days.

Where do I find the expiry date of the products? 

All the products have best before end dates. The dates are easily located on the labels or ingredient leaflets.

I haven't received my item yet, what do I do? 

Please allow at least 5 business working days to receive your orders, we will provide a tracking 2nd Class Royal mail tracking number, which informs you regarding attempt of delivery.

What are the shipping costs? 

Royal mail 2nd Class £3.10, tracked until delivered or 1st Class £5 tracked & signed upon delivery.

Where do I find the allergen lists for your products? What do I do to avoid a reaction?

All the allergen lists are stated on each page of each product. Please read thoroughly before using Sevs Natural Skincare products. You must carry out a patch test to avoid any skin irritations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Visa debit, Maestro & BACS payments

My items have arrived damaged, is there a solution for this? 

Please kindly email us at Sevsnaturalskincare@outlook.com explaining the damage, alongside proven with a photo, we will ensure your items are replaced with new ones.

Are you CPSR compliant? 

Yes 100%, all our products are produced in the U.K & manufactured in accordance with Cosmetic Product Safety Regulations. We are 100% legally compliant with EU cosmetic regulations.

Does all the items appear the same of; colour, appearance, scent & weight?

Since all the items are hand-made we cannot guarantee the appearance, colour, scent & weight.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mis-typed when an order is placed, Sev's Natural Skincare assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 2 weeks.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

We do not offer returns or refunds this is due to hygiene purposes.

Before using any of our products, make sure that you run a test patch before hand, just in case a reaction happens. If a reaction occurs then please discard of the product at once. We cannot offer returns or refunds due to this either for hygiene purposes.


Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Sev's Natural Skincare is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
